HEARING ASSESSMENTS
Our comprehensive hearing assessments are carried out in a relaxed, comfortable environment by experienced hearing professionals. We take the time to understand your hearing needs and any concerns you may have before carrying out a thorough assessment of your hearing. We’ll explain your results clearly and, where appropriate, talk you through the options available to help you hear more comfortably and confidently.
HEARING AIDS
Today’s hearing aids offer advanced technology designed to provide greater comfort, clarity and adaptability for different listening environments. We offer a range of hearing aid options to suit different lifestyles and budgets, from Value and Essential models for quieter environments and clear one-to-one conversations, through to Standard and Advanced technology offering improved performance, rechargeable convenience and better background-noise reduction. Our Premium range provides the highest level of technology, with fully automatic features, exceptional sound quality and advanced noise management for more demanding listening environments such as busy cafés and group conversations. With prices starting from £499 for one aid or £1,500 per pair, our team can help you find the right level of technology for your individual hearing needs and lifestyle.
TINNITUS SUPPORT
If you experience tinnitus, our team is here to provide understanding, professional advice and ongoing support. We take the time to understand how your tinnitus affects you and your everyday life before discussing suitable management options. Where appropriate, we can explore ways to help you manage the impact of tinnitus, including hearing solutions and practical strategies to make sounds more comfortable and improve your overall listening experience. Our aim is to ensure you feel informed, supported and confident in managing your hearing health.
WAX REMOVAL
Excess ear wax can cause blocked or muffled hearing, discomfort and a feeling of fullness in the ears. Our professional ear wax removal service uses gentle micro-suction, carried out by trained professionals in a safe and comfortable environment. We’ll assess your ears first, explain the procedure and ensure treatment is carried out carefully and comfortably. Ear wax removal is £75, with a £30 assessment fee if no wax is found. Our aim is to provide effective treatment while helping you get back to hearing clearly and comfortably.
AFTERCARE & SUPPORT
Our care doesn’t stop once your hearing aids have been fitted. We provide ongoing aftercare and support to help you get the most from your hearing solution, including adjustments, fine-tuning and advice as you become accustomed to your new hearing aids. Whether you need help with settings, cleaning, maintenance or simply have a question, our friendly team is here to support you. We’re committed to providing ongoing care, reassurance and professional support whenever you need us, helping you continue to hear with confidence.
